Henry Kaufman the big kahuna of real estate has been in the news in the past month or so about his plans for some major investments in Costa Rica.

Many real estate brokers in Costa Rica have been licking their lips at the thought of him heavily investing in Costa Rica and it looks like the wolves are ready to come out and play.

His first project is a 60 million dollar senior living project which will greatly enhance the marketibility of living in Costa Rica.
